When you are ready to start searching for a therapy office, we will provide you with our site selection guidelines and our preferred realtors information that can help you scout out the perfect location based off of our business demographics and criteria. If you already have a favorite local commercial realtor, you are welcome to use them as well.
How long does it take to open an Essential Speech and ABA Therapy clinic?
Opening a medical facility can come with its own unique requirements due to insurance regulations and credentialing requirements for your staff. Typically, it can take up to 120 days for the BCBA credentialling process before you can begin accepting patients with insurance and another 30 days from the time you accept a child for their insurance to accept your request to provide therapy for the patient. We advise all new franchisees to have a minimum of 3-5 months working capital to prepare for typical insurance delays.
