Essential Speech and ABA Therapy values feedback and is committed to upholding high standards across all locations. Please note that each clinic is independently owned and operated, meaning day-to-day employment concerns—including payroll, scheduling, and local HR issues—are managed at the franchise level.

 

However, if your concern involves clinical quality, ethical violations, or safety risks, we will review it and take appropriate action as needed. If your feedback is outside of our direct control, we will provide guidance on the appropriate next steps. All submissions will be reviewed by both the independent franchise owner and the support team.
