Our Therapy Providers

Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Our BCBAs conduct, evaluate, and supervise each child's behavioral assessment. This includes both functional and industry-standard assessment measures. They design behavior support plans based on assessment results and regularly review progress reports, evaluate behavior plans, review achievement of individual goals, and review achievement of program objectives.
Our BCBAs generate written reports that contain behavioral highlights and recommendations for staff, fellow therapists, caregivers and other team members.
Speech-Language Pathologists
Our Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are experts in the areas of expressive language, language comprehension, social pragmatic language, speech sound disorders, fluency, feeding, swallowing, and augmentative and alternative communication devices both high and low-tech.
Our SLPs also regularly review progress reports, evaluate care plans, review achievement of individual goals, and review achievement of long-term objectives. Our SLPs generate written reports that contain speech, language, and/or feeding highlights and recommendations for staff, fellow therapists, caregivers and other team members.
Occupational Therapists
Our Occupational Therapists (OTs) are experts in the areas of self-help skills (dressing, brushing, feeding), hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, handwriting legibility, cutting, focus and attention, and sensory integration.
Our OTs review progress reports, evaluate care plans, review achievement of individual goals, and review achievement of long-term objectives. Our OTs generate written reports that contain self-help ability, coordination, fine/gross motor, attention, and sensory need highlights and recommendations for staff, fellow therapists, caregivers and other team members.
Registered Behavior Technicians
Our registered behavior technicians work directly under the Board Certified Behavior Analyst in order to implement each child's therapy programming. They work in a one-on-one setting with a child as to give that child their undivided attention. They are highly skilled in implementing behavior treatment plans and data collection. Their data collection and tracking allow each child's day-to-day progress to be very closely monitored and goals to be adjusted as needed!
